These are my famous red velvet cupcakes with a yummy cream cheesiest icing!  I made them for a coworker's bridal breakfast.  Her colors are the dark and light brown, yellow, and a deep red.  Her flower is Gerber daisy.  I thought these would be a nice compliment to both.

Mmmm, Coconut!

This is my latest creation!  I received a fantabulous pound cake recipe.  I then tweaked it to suit my needs and added coconut, coconut milk, and coconut extract.  What resulted was a cake that oozed essence of coconut!  The icing was a cream cheese buttercream made with coconut milk rather than whole milk.  I topped it with shredded coconut and drizzled it with chocolate.
